Very warm and kind service from the hotel staff. The lady patiently and clearly introduced the view points and touring programs nearby. She help us to book heli tour. Really appreciate her great help. Value for money.

TV is not good. Limited TV channel.

It's really too pricey. It's suppose to be a cottage. But the space is soooo small. I was kinda expecting a cooker hob coz it's a cottage, but was so disappointed. The pantry was tiny. It's really not recommended and over priced. Another thing is the reception is somewhere far before the cottage. We had to asked around for it. Really nit recommended.

The cottages are a good place to stay. They are not big but it's sufficient. The staff is friendly and the room service is good. Compared to others in Franz Josef it's good value for money because everything is overpriced here.

Great value for money with a nice size unit equipped with a fridge and a microwave oven. Delightful breakfast served in the bar. - Very clean bed in a prime location very close to the center of town.

Very good

The location was great and stunning, just 5 minutes walk from Glacier Hot Pools. Its personnel was very-very nice and understanding, no complains at all. We ate at a magnificent restaurant for breakfast.

The place was pretty clean and cozy. It had a nice location, close to restaurants and pubs, and also very near to the South Island 🌄. the convenience of having restaurants nearby was a big plus!

Convenient,quiet location within Franz Joseph. There is a glow-worm walk behind the hotel.

Ten cottages is misleading. They are ten tin sheds. This motel, like Franz Joseph in general, is over priced. We wished we had stayed at Fox.
